ACT MINUTES -
10th March 2016

Treasurers Report: No report available.
Alison confirmed that the football posts that
ACT have contributed towards for land on
Churchill way are in the process of being
purchased and erected.
Burns Supper: Thanks to all those non
members of ACT who helped with decorating the
Hall, preparation of the food and numerous other
tasks that contributed to a very enjoyable
evening. If we did not have these extra
volunteers ACT would find it very difficult to

the Queens 90th birthday at the Hall on 4th

Entrance charge £1.00 to include tea and
ACT to organize cake stall, Tombola and
Gazebos to go up in the garden

Ceilidh: Tessa will contact Whistling
Sheep and ask about availability. (Since this
meeting Tessa has booked them for October 29th)
Tessa and Chris will produce a flyer to
advertise Garden Party.
Alcohol License: Alison reported that the
Village Hall Committee was in the process of
obtaining a License.
Mama Mia sing along evening 27th August 2017.
Possible 60- 70s disco with 70s themed food on
New Years Eve. Violet may know somebody who
could provide the music.
Cashless Casino evening.
